In our Christian ministry, I direct a meeting where I lead, manage, and guide many projects we’re working on. There have been dramatic changes of roles and responsibilities handed down to us which seem broken. Pray that the Lord will strengthen my leadership during this time. Pray for wisdom, insight and understanding from God to reinterpret these changes in the healthiest, most functional, most empowering way for productivity, effectiveness, and good team dynamics.
