My mom was recently diagnosed with liver cancer. Her name is Rosie O. and she is 70 Over the past several months she has been going to various doctor appointments for testing to determine the type of cancer and what type of treatment is available for her. The oncologist finally determined that the cancer originated in the liver and has spread to the lymph node; chemo is not an option. Immunotherapy is recommended and she is awaiting approval. If she were to forgo treatment altogether she has 2-3 months. but with immunotherapy that could extend her life from 12-18 mos. Our prayer request is to stop or significantly slow the spreading of the cancer and for approval to start treatment. We pray for strength and healing in general and provision for her care. My wife and I are flying out next week and pray that my mom is still coherent and able to engage. Pastor Manuel O.
